That's why we have one of the most generous cancellation policies on the western seaboard!
We ask for at least six hours of notice to cancel or change your appointment.
We do ask for 24-hour notice on appointments over two hours long.
This is to give my sugaring friends enough time to have another paying client take your spot on their books!
You can give notice over text, over the phone, email, voicemail, or message ME on the web. But you do have to get in touch.
More than two of any combination in no-show/late cancel for a calendar year and my booking elves will charge you a deposit for all your future visits.
If we have to retain deposits 3 times in the same calendar year, I will have to close your account!
I may be sweet and magical, but I'm also the guardian spirit of a business. This way, I keep everything going from the lights to my people’s salaries.
