Cancellation Policy
Since life, sickness, and traffic happens.
Sugar Plum asks for A six Hour notice before cancellation/reschedule.
If we find that if a guest is abusing this policy we have the right to ask them to only book the day of their appointment .
Sugar Plum allows for up to 3 No Shows
After 3 No Shows we charge the card on the on file for each additional No Show.
Running Late?
Your appointment time is booked just for you. We are usually booked solid and have someone directly after you. If you are arriving late, the technician will do their best to accommodate you, however, your full service can not be guaranteed and may have to be modified. If you would like your full time please call to reschedule. You are considered a NO-SHOW if you have missed over half your service time.
To change your service or if you are running late, contact us as soon as possible.
