there is a six hour cancellation/reschedule policy at sugar plum.
Since life, sickness, and traffic happens, we allow three passes per year for:
- Late Arrivals (over 10 minutes late)
- Late Cancellations/Reschedules
- Missed Appointments
- No Shows
After 3 Occurrences in 12 months, we require pre-payments or only scheduling services same day.
