Sugar Plum has a six hour cancellation/reschedule policy.
Since life, sickness, and traffic happens, we allow three passes per year for:
- Late arrivals (arriving more than 10 minutes late)
- Late cancellations/reschedules within six hours of the service
- No shows
Clients are required to book same day services or to pre-pay for services after three occurrences in a 12 month period.
